New for 2024 in Our Open Class Needlework Division: Quilt Squares!

We are excited to announce a new addition this year to the open class needlework division; Quilt Squares!! The idea is for anyone to have fun with this project, no need to be an expert quilter. A pre-cut package of fabric may be purchased for $5.00 each. Make the fabric into a 121/2" square using the pattern of your choice.   You may enter up to three squares. These will be judged on open class entry day of the fair, July 6. Prizes will be awarded for 1st place, $20.00; 2nd place $15.00; and 3rd place $10.00. All squares become the property of Boone County Ag Society. These will be assembled into a quilt and displayed at the 2025 Boone County Fair.

This is open to everyone in all age groups. It is meant to be a fun project. Fabric packages may be purchased at these locations.
